Keep a daily or weekly journal - the Morning Pages

-Empty your mind-

Most people only tend to do this when they are traveling, keeping up with all the amazing stuff that they are experiencing, forgetting that at home amazing stuff happens too.. you just have to look for it and realize it.

Keeping a daily or weekly journal keeps your head clear, gives you focus and can make you feel more satisfied about your own life. Some people like to have a paper version, but for me the google Keep app works perfect. I can open it on any device and when i am somewhere and need to get my head cleared up or I want to write something down I do not want to forget I open the app and simply put it down right there. The app is cloud based meaning it will automatic sync, which is a good way to backup and or search later on what I've put down before. I can even put a reminder for myself so I remind myself to put something down at the end of each day.  Moreover it is for free! 🙂

The 'Morning pages' is well known around the world and the goal is to fill up 3 entire pages of a book, even if you have absolutely nothing to write down, by writing that down you eventually have something that comes up and empty your head on that page starting the day fresh!

It is good to have this action become a habit, so whenever you do this, just like meditation, do this on a specific time and maybe even space, so your mind and body is trained on doing and keep on doing it.
